NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE:
Please note that I do accept some insurance at this time. Please review the list provided to ensure your insurance is accepted. I also accept private pay. Upon request I can provide a superbill monthly that you may submit to your health insurance plan as you may have Out Of Network (OON) benefits to obtain reimbursement .
For private pay, each session is asked to be paid for at the time of service.
Some insurance plans cover all or part of Out Of Network providers, please verify with your plan some of the cost for out of network providers prior to seeing the therapist for counseling.
Questions to ask your insurance provider:
If you would like to explore the possibility of reimbursement for out-of-network coverage, please check your policy carefully and ask the following questions of your provider:
◦Do I have mental health benefits?
◦What is my deductible and has it been met?
◦How many mental health sessions per calendar year does my insurance plan cover?
◦How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network mental health provider?
◦How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?
◦What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
◦Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Good Faith Estimate – No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
